I am a
North Carolina native and currently reside on the Crystal Coast of NC of which
I have vacationed for more than 40 years. I know a lot about the area. I have been in the real estate business for more than 10 years. I specialize in educating clients about staging their homes for faster sale as well as educating buyers of best options available in the area for their move. Due to living on the coast, we have a lot
of vacation properties of which are great income producing properties. My
husband and I have owned an investment (2nd home) property from more than 9 years of which we manage ourselves. So, I offer investment property seekers the
advantage of being able to advise them of the pros of owning a local
short-term rental property. I cover the Carteret, Onslow and Craven Counties of
Eastern North Carolina and thoroughly love working with people and introducing them to the Southern Outer Banks. Just ask me about some great things to do in our area! I live in Newport, NC with my husband Bill Milani and our 2 fur-babies, Gigi and Piper.
